The Client Success Liaison role at our Professional Debt Consulting Firm involves managing and guiding specific clients through the process of eliminating their debts over a period of 24-36 months. Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, text and/or mail regarding their program

Requirements

  • Excellent Mathematical Skills
  • Basic understanding of how Finances work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to speak professionally in both English and Spanish
  • Meticulous/Detail Oriented

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer Service experience: 2 years (Preferred)
