About the position

Responsibilities

  • Check in customers for computer repairs
  • Listen to customers' computer issues and assign them to techs
  • Liaise with techs and customers to discuss repair options
  • Field phone calls and address customer inquiries
  • Draw customers to the repair shop and support ongoing repairs
  • Coordinate onsite service dispatch for computer visit requests
  • Monitor and reply to emails regarding repairs and service requests
  • Supervise the ticket queue to ensure timely repairs
  • Maintain and update inventory of computer parts
  • Reach out to vendors for high-quality parts
  • Engage in marketing and lead generation activities to drive sales
  • Receive commissions based on sales performance

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Technical knowledge related to computer repairs is a plus
