Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) will be the face of the Bank at our retail branches. CSR I will maintain long-standing customer relationships and effectively build new relationships within our community markets. CSR I will be primarily responsible for handling day-to-day deposit, withdrawal, and cash transactions for existing customers while also assisting customers with identifying and selecting other products that may meet their needs.
