About the position
The Customer Service Representative role at Circle K offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to customers. This position is available for both full-time and part-time schedules, with flexible availability. The role involves various tasks around the store, including cashiering, customer interaction, and maintaining store appearance, all while being part of a motivated team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide fast and friendly service.
- Run the register and handle cash transactions.
- Make purchase suggestions to customers.
- Work with the food program as needed.
- Maintain high standards for store appearance both inside and outside.
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
- Interact with many customers daily while accomplishing daily tasks.
Requirements
- Retail and customer service experience preferred.
- Sales associate or cashiering experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
- Team-oriented mindset to accomplish daily goals.
