The Customer Service Representative – Direct Sales is responsible for owning and promoting the Magpul customer experience. This role will interface with Magpul end user customers via phone and email to support the entry and management of sales orders and returns. The ultimate goal of this role is to provide a best-in-industry customer experience. This position is 100% in office.
