This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. The Assistant Department Leader is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return. They will assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals, monitor quality assurance standards, and support the day-to-day functions of the Front-end operations. This position involves assisting with the execution of best practices, goals, and Front-end standards, while embracing the Customer 1st strategy and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service.
