About The Position

This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. The Assistant Department Leader is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return. They will assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals, monitor quality assurance standards, and support the day-to-day functions of the Front-end operations. This position involves assisting with the execution of best practices, goals, and Front-end standards, while embracing the Customer 1st strategy and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service. The role also requires demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.
