Customer Service Agent - Lihue - Full-Time (5k Sign-On Bonus)

About the position

Start your aviation career with Hawaiian Airlines at the Lihue Airport! As a Guest Service Agent with our Lihue 'ohana, you will provide our guests with an authentic Hawaiian hospitality experience working at the ticket counter and at the gate. Our agents possess exceptional communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to lend a helping hand. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and the pay for this position is $15.92 per hour. You will learn new skills when you attend our PAID training courses, and receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus after completing training for the Airport Guest Service Agent - Lihue position.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate.
• Assist guests with check-in and baggage handling.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Attend paid training courses to learn new skills.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. when checking in guests' bags.
• Ability to accept any work shift awarded.
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and random drug testing.
• Ability to fulfill comprehensive background checks and fingerprinting.
• No visible body art.
