About the position

As a Customer Service Advisor at Ivy Lane Corp, a franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, responsible for creating lasting impressions and building customer loyalty. This role emphasizes effective communication, product knowledge, and hands-on assistance, all while ensuring a positive experience for guests in a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive first impression to each guest with a warm, friendly greeting
  • Present oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations
  • Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers
  • Evaluate customers' needs, working quickly and efficiently
  • Provide hands-on assistance under the hood as needed
  • Master products, services, and company knowledge

Requirements

  • Have effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people face-to-face
  • Be friendly and ready to work as part of a customer-focused team
  • Have an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Full mobility and the ability to work with hands above head
  • Can stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
