About the position

As a Customer Sales Advisor at Halfords, you will be part of a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional customer service. This part-time role requires you to work 20 hours per week, primarily in Enfield, Greater London. You will engage with customers, demonstrating and explaining our products, while also providing practical fitting services. The position offers a chance to develop your career through extensive training and support, whether you wish to advance within retail or explore other opportunities within the Group.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in a retail sales environment
• Help customers understand their needs proactively
• Demonstrate and explain products effectively
• Assist with practical aspects of fitting services
• Work towards and achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service, ideally in retail
• Proactive approach to customer assistance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Some experience working towards sales targets is preferred
