About the position
Credit Corp Group is not your average Debt Collection agency. We are 2000+ strong with offices across Australia, USA and the Philippines. We're an ASX200 company with 2 main business streams: debt purchase and consumer lending. At the heart of our business is the fairness, respect and inclusion of all our clients and staff. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll be the front line of our debt collection business playing a key role across the business. Working accounts by negotiating and providing support to customers, you'll need to find a sustainable way to resolve their financial problems. You'll be a problem solver, so if you're curious and motivated to find answers, this job's for you!
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and provide support to customers regarding their financial problems.
- Resolve customer accounts in a sustainable manner.
- Work towards deadlines, sales targets, or KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience working towards deadlines, sales targets or KPIs in a previous role.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to persuade or influence people.
- Respect and empathetic to people's life situations.
- Driven and self-motivated in a targeted environment.
- Competitive personality, enjoys friendly competition with other teams.
Nice-to-haves
- No prior collections experience required; experience in retail, telemarketing, call center, sales, hospitality or trades is acceptable.
- Resilience and understanding in overcoming objections.
