Customer Operations Specialist

About the position

Vaco LA is working with a client in the Automotive/Infrastructure industry who is looking for a Customer Operations specialist to help support their customer service functions. This opportunity is located in the West LA area and will be in office at a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities

• Providing day to day functional and technical support to customers
• Responding to billing questions and escalations
• Answering customer inquiries on social media
• Inbound/outbound chat, email, and calls to assist with account management

Requirements

• Over 3 plus years of Technical/Customer support experience required
• AA Degree or Bachelor's Degree required

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in the automotive/electrical vehicle experience highly preferred
