Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to develop relationships and provide outstanding service.
• Educate customers on the sales process and assess their needs for product selection.
• Assist clients in selecting slabs and tiles for their projects.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach efforts to architects, designers, and homebuilders.
• Support dealers with the sales and ordering process.
• Answer phones and organize the designer room.
• Capture customer visits and preliminary selections.
• Create holds for fabricator selections and send to account managers.
• Create sale orders and manage invoicing for customers.
• Process customer payments and maintain hold reports.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and business telephone etiquette.
• Ability to prioritize duties and work in a team environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Customer service experience in a multi-tasking environment.
