Agiloft is expanding its customer education and product adoption program. We are looking for a Customer Education Specialist to help build scalable end-user learning experiences from the ground up. This role sits within the Technical Training team under Professional Services and is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer education, instructional design, live facilitation, and program strategy. You will create training content and customer-facing learning experiences that help users successfully adopt and apply Agiloft products to real-world contract management and business processes. You will partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Legal, Sales Enablement, and any other applicable teams, to identify learning needs, develop adoption-focused programs, and deliver high-quality education experiences for customers. This is a highly collaborative, customer-centered role for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by building new programs in a fast-moving environment.
