About the position

The Customer Care Representative (Onsite) is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions through various channels to address customer needs and enhance retention. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service by resolving inquiries and problems, often requiring flexibility in standard procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Handles customer correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries
  • Offers creative Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers
  • Cultivates and maintains ongoing customer relationships
  • Uses computerized systems for identifying customer needs, tracking contacts, information gathering, and troubleshooting
  • Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
  • Initiates outbound customer service calls for various campaigns
  • Handles incoming calls from technicians to provide support

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to use a personal computer
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
  • Ability to type 25 wpm preferred
  • Successfully meet pre-employment background screen
