• Engage with customers to assess needs and make sales recommendations for products or services that may better suit their needs.
• Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales, and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Under 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage call volume and understand proprietary software systems
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
