About the position

The Customer Care Associate position is an immediate opportunity for individuals looking to join a rapidly growing company. This role focuses on supporting chain managers in building and maintaining relationships with chain account buyers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support chain managers in defining, growing, and maintaining relationships with chain account buyers.
  • Leverage ongoing contact with chain customers to support relevant programs and initiatives from Sales and Marketing.
  • Assist chain managers with identifying, preparing, and documenting chain-account related collateral.
  • Identify and expedite ongoing issues/problems with a given chain, assisting in planning and coordination of solutions.
  • Participate in chain customer meetings to ensure awareness and involvement in operational issues and potential revenue opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and demonstrate in-depth working knowledge of all technology and reports required to support chain customer requests.
  • Monitor and resolve problems, questions, and inquiries from customers, drivers, and sales team members regarding chain customer account details.
  • Triage and send incoming non-chain customer care inquiries to other parts of Enterprise Business Services as appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with internal team members and chain customers to obtain required information and share results.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer care role in a call center environment
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma
