Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
