About The Position
Part-time Custodian HIRING IMMEDIATELY. This role involves cleaning, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as cleaning walls, windows, mirrors, and light fixtures. The custodian will also clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and empty waste receptacles. Additional duties may include moving office equipment, sweeping walks, and snow removal.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Able to work in a noisy environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work every other weekend.
Nice To Haves
- Previous custodial experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Cleans, sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floor using industrial vacuum cleaners and buffing machines.
- Cleans walls, windows, mirrors, light fixtures and pictures.
- Cleans restrooms and replenishes restroom supplies.
- Empties waste receptacles.
- May need to move office equipment to clean certain areas.
- May sweep walks, remove snow and perform other duties as assigned.
