About the position

The Customer Care Associate I at RNDC is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with VIP and chain customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance sales efforts. This role involves proactive engagement in marketing programs, preparing account-related materials, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP account buyers to support sales efforts.
  • Engage with VIP customers to support relevant programs and initiatives from Sales and Marketing.
  • Assist sales representatives and chain managers in preparing and documenting VIP-account-related collateral.
  • Identify and prioritize issues and assist in planning timely solutions.
  • Participate in customer meetings to address operational issues and revenue opportunities.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of technology and reports required to support customer requests.
  • Monitor and resolve inquiries from external and internal customers regarding account details.
  • Redirect non-applicable customer inquiries to appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and customers to obtain and share required information.

Requirements

  • High school degree or higher; one to three years of job-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Associates degree or higher and three plus years of job-related experience preferred.
  • Prior major account customer support experience strongly preferred.
