Get on the ground floor of a newly formed department! We are launching an exciting new initiative focused on purchasing consumer-owned vehicles directly from the public, and we are looking for a motivated Curbside Purchase Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Curbside Purchase Manager to ensure seamless, efficient daily operations.

Requirements

• Strong computer literacy is required.
• Must be highly comfortable navigating computerized workflows and administrative software.
• Direct, hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel (for data tracking) and Microsoft Outlook (for professional email communications).
• A flexible mindset with a strong willingness to learn new processes as the department evolves.
• A quick thinker who can problem-solve on the fly and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both customers and internal management.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle, review, and process all legal and dealership paperwork required to finalize vehicle acquisitions.
• Assist in auditing transaction files and documentation to ensure strict compliance, accuracy, and completeness.
• Serve as a key point of contact for consumers selling their vehicles, providing a professional, welcoming, and high-quality experience.
• Directly assist the Curbside Purchase Manager with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and operational logistics to help scale the department.
