About The Position

This role is responsible for fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace culture by supporting Associate Resource Groups (ARGs), driving associate engagement strategies, and identifying and implementing initiatives that embed this core value across the enterprise. CoBank is a cooperative bank serving vital industries across rural America. The bank provides loans, leases, export financing and other financial services to agribusinesses and rural power, water and communications providers in all 50 states. The bank also provides wholesale loans and other financial services to affiliated Farm Credit associations serving more than 76,000 farmers, ranchers and other rural borrowers in 23 states around the country. CoBank is a member of the Farm Credit System, a nationwide network of banks and retail lending associations chartered to support the borrowing needs of U.S. agriculture, rural infrastructure and rural communities. Headquartered outside Denver, Colorado, CoBank serves customers from regional banking centers across the U.S. and also maintains an international representative office in Singapore.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in change management, employee engagement, human resources, or a related field required
  • 8 years of experience in leading human resources, associate engagement, culture, and/or employee resources group initiatives required
  • 8 years of experience in change management, employee engagement, human resources, or a related field required
  • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum required
  • Proven success in building partnerships with internal employee groups and key stakeholders
  • Extensive knowledge of associate engagement, culture and/or Employee Resource Groups (ERG) best practices and the ability to support diverse employee populations
  • Strategic thinker with project management experience and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated passion for creating a culture of respect, inclusion, and belonging
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools

Responsibilities

  • Co-creates, evolves, and implements the enterprise‑wide strategy and program management for all Culture of Respect & Inclusion activities.
  • Advises leaders on opportunities and key decisions, overseeing budget management, identifying and implementing opportunities to elevate program impact, creating and maintaining playbooks and toolkits, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, supporting internal and external ARG‑related events and Culture of Respect & Inclusion campaigns, managing program milestones and activities, identifying and mitigating risks, and delivering executive‑level progress and impact updates.
  • Oversees Associate Resource Group (ARG) efforts, including co‑lead and sponsor onboarding, strategic planning, coordination and participation in internal and external events as needed, budget oversight, and collaboration with Marketing and Communications to amplify ARG initiatives internally and externally.
  • Tracks and reports on key performance indicators, using insights to refine Culture of Respect & Inclusion programming.
  • Develops and delivers dashboards, scorecards, and insights that measure impact and guide decision‑making and advise senior leaders on trends and opportunities that strengthen program effectiveness and organizational outcomes.
  • Partners with stakeholders to co-create and implement an enterprise engagement strategy that advances a culture of respect and inclusion by shaping communication roadmaps, implementing two‑way engagement mechanisms, synthesizing associate feedback, aligning messaging, and influencing cross‑team coordination to deliver consistent and meaningful associate experiences.
  • Identifies opportunities for respect and inclusion education and recommend targeted training opportunities; partners with associated learning teams to deliver impactful culture of respect and inclusion learning experiences.
  • Oversees and manages the master enterprise calendar of culture of respect and inclusion events by ensuring strategic alignment, effective sequencing, and cross‑functional coordination.
