Culinary Staff - Infinity & Ovation Yacht Charters

About the position

Continental Services and Infinity and Ovation Yacht Charters is looking for standouts: ON-CALL Culinary/Kitchen Staff Team Members. This is a culinary (galley) position takes place on the Infinity or Ovation Yacht Charters, which are docked in St. Clair Shores or the Detroit Riverfront, depending on the event. The yachts travel out into Lake Saint Clair and the Detroit River, where they host corporate and social events ranging from 50 to 300 guests.

Responsibilities

• Committed to arriving to work on time
• Ready to work upon arrival
• Maintain a good attitude throughout the shift
• Be comfortable on a large vessel in a body of water

Requirements

• Ability to work part-time or full-time while seeking a flexible schedule
• Enjoy being on the water and interacting with guests and team members
• Willingness to undergo training and direction provided by managers on-location

• Experience in culinary or kitchen staff roles
• Interest in working in a hospitality environment
