About the position
The CTCS Relationship Manager 3 is a senior-level position focused on sales and relationship management within a banking environment. This role involves managing a complex book of business, primarily consisting of high-profile clients, while also handling daily trust accounting system processes. The position requires proactive client engagement and the ability to identify additional business opportunities through profiling and external outreach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct OCR processes to prospects and current book of business clients through profiling to uncover additional opportunities.
- Develop and implement external calling plans and conduct client visits.
- Administratively manage a book of business for mostly complex and/or high-profile clients.
- Handle daily requirements including money movements, trading, and other customer service responsibilities.
- Provide trust accounting system approvals/rejections to other Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers, or Client Service Specialists.
- Assist in various projects or leadership teams as assigned by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of Relationship Management experience in a banking environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior Corporate Trust and/or Institutional Custody experience.
