About The Position

Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting. We are hiring a CT Technologist in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This role performs CT imaging procedures in an acute care hospital setting. The technologist reviews patient history and physician orders, educates patients regarding procedures and equipment, and prepares and administers contrast media and medications within scope of practice when ordered. They monitor patient condition during procedures, perform imaging procedures, and evaluate image quality. Additionally, the technologist enters, transmits, and reports scan results, and participates in on-call assignments, requiring the ability to report to the facility within 30 minutes when called. This is a full-time position with on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences REQUIRED
ARRT Radiography certification REQUIRED
ARRT CT certification OR CT-eligible status REQUIRED
New Mexico Radiography license REQUIRED
New Mexico CT license OR CT Provisional license REQUIRED
BLS certification REQUIRED
