Responsibilities

• Assist customers via telephone, email, and in person with their print, promotional, and design projects.
• Enter orders into proprietary management software.
• Provide custom project quoting to customers.
• Maintain customer correspondence throughout the order process.
• Manage vendor relations as needed.
• File documents and assist in digital printing and bindery operations when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous printing experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Graphic Design (Adobe Cloud) is a plus but not required.
