Responsibilities
- Provide safe passage and crossing for all students who cross streets at designated intersection/crossing areas.
- Be aware of various school calendars in the district and the corresponding holidays, early dismissals, etc., reporting to assigned duty at prescribed times.
- Participate in two to three meetings with the building principal each year to discuss related issues.
- Secure a substitute crossing guard when unable to report for duty.
- Complete required time slips at designated time each week.
- Perform all other related duties assigned by the building principal.
