Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a liaison, coordination, or knowledge management role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between departments, teams, and stakeholders to facilitate alignment and collaboration
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and initiatives, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on action items
Identify and resolve communication gaps or process inefficiencies across teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support change management efforts by ensuring all relevant parties are informed and engaged
Design, implement, and maintain a centralized knowledge management system to capture and share organizational insights
Develop and curate documentation, SOPs, best practices, and process guides
Ensure knowledge assets are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with organizational needs
Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning across teams
Analyze knowledge gaps and recommend solutions to address them
Track and report on cross-functional project progress, risks, and outcomes
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
Monitor the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly
