About the position
MercyOne North Iowa is seeking a CRNA for a hospital employed position that offers an excellent work-life balance with a 1:8 call rotation, one holiday per year, at-home call, and a post-call day off. The CRNA will join a team of 5 CRNAs and 4 Anesthesiologists, with mentorship available for new graduates. The position includes physician support before, during, and after each procedure, and there is an opportunity to teach sRNA's. The work environment is described as laid back and cohesive, with a great variety of specialties and cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Spine, OB, Bariatrics, GI, and Cardiac. Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties under the direction and supervision of the department Medical Director, Anesthesiologists, Surgeons, and other attending physicians.
- Maintain professional credentials, clinical knowledge, and skills to deliver safe and effective anesthesia care.
- Administer regional anesthesia as well as general and Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC).
- Perform all types of cases except transplants.
Requirements
- CRNA certification and licensure.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in anesthesia care.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a variety of anesthesia cases.
- Teaching experience or interest in mentoring sRNA's.

- Base salary of $286,700.
