About the position

The Lead Scrum Master at Cricket Wireless is a senior-level role responsible for guiding and coaching a scrum team in Agile/Scrum practices. This position focuses on enhancing team maturity, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and removing impediments to ensure productivity. The Scrum Master acts as a servant leader, fostering a trusting environment and representing the team to management while managing complex projects and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Guide a scrum team on Agile/Scrum practices and self-organization.
• Assess the maturity of the scrum team and provide coaching for improvement.
• Remove impediments and guide the team on how to do so.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Standup, Retrospective, and Iteration Planning.
• Empower teams and facilitate creativity while monitoring iteration progress.
• Represent the team to management and disseminate information including metrics.
• Work with other Scrum Masters for organizational process improvement.
• Build and maintain a trusting and safe environment for the team.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a related field.
• Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in ATT/Cricket technologies.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Technical, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and ITIL.
