The Credit Associate role involves assisting in the maintenance of accounts receivable calculations and records, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, and reviewing documents for discrepancies and data entry.

Requirements

• Persistent, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
• Enjoy working with numbers.
• Effective communicator with exceptional phone skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, such as Word and Excel
• Previous customer service and/or credit experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of accounts receivable calculations and records.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Review documents for discrepancies.
• Enter data.
