Provides onsite EPAC card registration and credentialing support at federal facilities in Key West, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Fort Pierce. Verifies applicant identity and supporting documentation in accordance with HSPD-12 and federal security requirements. Captures photographs, biometric information, and enrollment data and enters applicant information into credentialing systems. Issues and updates federal access cards and maintains accurate registration records and audit logs. Troubleshoots enrollment issues and coordinates with site security personnel as needed. Handles personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with federal privacy and security standards. Delivers professional customer service to federal employees, contractors, and authorized personnel.
