About the position
Intuit is seeking Credentialed Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. This role involves assisting clients with their tax preparation using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while working with a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
- Provide tax advice and full service return preparation.
- Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers.
- Document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
- Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
- Extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools.
