SUMMARY: The Minnesota Vikings are seeking two talented and driven individuals to join the Vikings Entertainment Network (VEN) as Creative Content Associates, reporting to the Sr. Producer, Original Content and Sr. Manager, Content Services. The ideal candidates are eager, hard-working, and have a passion for high quality feature production including producing, editing, cinematography, lighting and audio. These individuals will contribute to content telling the stories of the team, their fans, our community, and the Vikings organization. In addition to the duties described below, the Associates will take part in the Vikings’ exclusive Leadership Development Program. This program will provide regular opportunities for professional development, exposure to organizational leadership and the ability to develop skills critical for the Associate’s future career growth. A fundamental part of the program will include clearly defined goals between the Associate and their Supervisor that will be tracked and measured for progress throughout the term of the program. These are temporary full-time positions that will begin on June 1, 2026 and conclude on May 28, 2027, unless otherwise determined.

  • Maintain the high production standards by assisting with quality control of all video and audio production including the use of technology, equipment, and file formats.
  • Assist with organizing and logging footage and other key assets using a media asset management system and digital storage server.
  • Assist with VEN Productions in TCO Studios and game day content at U.S. Bank Stadium for a Vikings games as assigned.
  • Film/Produce/Edit practices, games, open locker room, interviews, community events, all-access, and other noteworthy content opportunities as assigned.
  • Participate in new content development including idea creation, research, and concepts to help reach organizational goals.
  • Implement supplied graphics packages into content including proper sponsor integration and branding.
  • Support the team led by the Sr. Producer, Original Content in ensuring all content produced by VEN is done with originality and creativity to set us apart from other teams and outlets.
  • Assist on shoots related to features and original content as well as other VEN productions for all team platforms including in-stadium, TV, radio, digital, social and mobile.
  • Fulfill internal content requests from various departments within the Vikings Organization to achieve company goals.
  • Work with the Sr. Manager to identify and organize all projects and provide progress updates to internal and external clients.
  • Assist with weekly VEN Community Content as assigned.
  • Serve in content creation capacity for social media channels as assigned.
  • Collect and deliver requested footage from outside TV Networks and clients
  • Experience, knowledge and a degree of skill in the following; pre and postproduction, editing, shooting, lighting, audio and with live production,
  • Working familiarity with Adobe Premiere CC, and the entire Adobe Suite including After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Media Asset Management interface, and other applicable programs
  • Willingness to work long and non-traditional hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel with the team for road games or to assigned remote shoots.
