About the position

The position involves maintaining control of the gym and games for individuals aged 14 and up, ensuring compliance with club standards. The role includes assisting the league director by answering questions regarding the rules of the game and supporting the club, its programs, and its members. The individual will be expected to embody the club's mission, vision, and service standards while contributing to member growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of the gym and games for ages 14 and up in accordance with club standards.
• Assist the league director by answering questions about the rules of the game.
• Support the club, its programs, and the members of the club.
• Provide the highest quality of customer service to all members by greeting them with a welcoming, friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Embrace and follow the company Service Standards and guidelines outlined in the AFF Training and Policy Manuals.
• Know the club's emergency response protocol and be prepared to act.
• Arrive to work 5 minutes early and wear department-specific uniform.
• Actively participate in all department and club meetings.
• Be a team player by contributing to both club and organizational goals.
• Maintain open and honest communication with the team.
• Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals by offering positive encouragements.

Requirements

• AEA certification
• CPR and AED Certification
• Proficient oral, written, and technology communication skills (email/text)
