The Court Clerk is responsible for a variety of tasks relating to Court operations, including preparation of the Court dockets, attending all Court sessions, receipt of bonds, fines and forfeitures, and maintenance of all records at the Court. The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be required and assigned.
