About The Position

Sentara Health is currently seeking a Full Time, rotating shift, Courier based out of Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA. Hours can start as early as 5:15AM til 3:30PM. Picks up and delivers various items such as deposits, medications, equipment, supplies, x-ray films, lab specimens, letters, marketing materials and packages. Required to operate vehicle safely, keeps vehicle clean and well maintained; maintain vehicle safety logs and submit requests for vehicle maintenance/repairs in a timely manner. Tracks lab specimens, reports, supplies and all barcoded items.

Requirements

High School diploma, or Equivalent Certification/Licensure
Driver License
None required (Courier experience in lieu of High School Education)
