About The Position
Immediate part-time opening for a dependable and self-motivated individual to support daily operational tasks. This role requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable DMV driving record to operate company vehicles. This is a part-time position Monday thru Friday. Hours 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (1/2-hour lunch) Hourly rate of $22.00/hr. We are seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently after training.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable DMV driving record
- Clean DMV driving record
- Must be able to carry boxes weighing up to 10 pounds while climbing stairs
- Able to communicate well with others

- Successful candidates will be required to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Pick up the daily mail from the post office box.
- Deliver outbound mail to the post office.
- Shuttle and deliver company mail between Richmond and Oakland on a daily basis.
- Drive to offices in Albany, Dixon, or Petaluma to obtain required signatures on company documents.
- Perform other company errands as needed.
- General office work as needed (filing, scanning, etc.).
