Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the pick-up and delivery of items within designated client locations.
• Maintain and service daily transportation routes to ensure satisfactory performance.
• Monitor assigned routes and optimize the efficiency of service requests.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all delivery routes.
• Ensure timely and accurate pick-up and delivery of items.
• Address and resolve transportation-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the care and functionality of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all licensure and documentation requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting both internal and external clients.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively, utilizing positive body language and tone in all interactions.

Requirements
