Responsibilities

  • Business requirements definition and translation into solution architecture
  • Cross-functional collaboration with teams across systems to define configuration requirements
  • Customer-facing workstream representation, meeting and workshop facilitation
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Invoice and Payment platform design and best practices
  • Assist in the development of project plans, work estimates, and timeline and resource management
  • No-code development of model and actual platform configurations
  • Oversight and execution of test plans to produce validated, high-quality solution
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to achieve and improve system performance

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearances.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • 1+ years of Invoice and Payment process, federal and general procurement best practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Coupa Platform Procure-to-Pay Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Department of Defense or USTRANSCOM
  • Experience with developing and implementing Invoice and Payment solutions
