Requirements
- Graduation from high school; or Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Meet the PA residency requirement.
- Able to perform essential job functions.
- Pass a background investigation.
- Pass a drug screening.
- Satisfactory criminal history reports including PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and guidance in budgeting, parenting, nutrition, and home care
- Monitor and support visits between children and parents in safe settings
- Transport clients to appointments, services, and supervised visits as required
- Help families with daily household needs, errands, and emergency support tasks
- Prepare written updates, maintain files, and report information to caseworkers
- Assist with programs, meetings, and activities that support children and families
