About The Position

Famous Supply is seeking a friendly, outgoing Counter Sales Associate with a strong customer service focus to join their team. This role involves providing superior service to customers in person and over the phone, specializing in plumbing and HVAC products. The associate will assist contractor customers in obtaining the necessary materials to complete their jobs efficiently. Requirements

• HVAC and/or Plumbing knowledge
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to use computer
• Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Understand customer needs
• Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
• Process and schedule customer orders
• Process customer cash and credit card payments
• Manage Open Orders and customer Bids
• Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers
• Keep counter area clean and organized
