About the position
The position involves providing friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members. The individual will be responsible for protecting company assets and performing various financial transactions including drops and counting of currency, coins, chips, vouchers, TITO tickets, coupons, and other monetary units used in day-to-day business. Additionally, the role includes providing services to all departments regarding any financial transactions and performing verification, reconciliation, and balancing functions, which may involve drafting or preparing necessary documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
- Protect company assets.
- Perform drops and counting of currency, coins, chips, vouchers, TITO tickets, coupons, and other monetary units.
- Provide services to all departments regarding any financial transaction performed with monetary units.
- Perform verification, reconciliation, and balancing functions, including preparing necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cash handling or cage or count experience preferred.
- Prior cashiering experience and/or heavy money handling experience preferred.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license.
