About the position

The Logistics Cost Accounting Management (CAM) Specialist at Raytheon is responsible for supporting logistics budget initiatives, including costs associated with outside services, headcount, internal orders, and carrier freight payment approvals. This role involves reconciling budget actuals to plan, understanding variances, and long-term budget forecasting using various inputs. The Specialist will collaborate with logistics leads and supply chain finance to ensure accurate budget reporting and support various projects related to freight payment and budget discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Raytheon teams to support Logistics & 3PL budget alignment.
• Report variances to the budget and propose corrective actions.
• Work closely with finance to ensure accurate budget reporting.
• Oversee 3PL partner PO invoicing according to Proforma expectations.
• Support overall forecasting and budgets to align with the financial plan.
• Cultivate relationships with key 3PL partners to meet performance standards.
• Participate in internal and external contract logistics business reviews.
• Perform daily and weekly freight payment activities through Raytheon's FBAP partner.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in Logistics (3PL Management, Planning, Forecasting) and/or financial planning and budgeting.
• Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience using SAP.

Nice-to-haves

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Business Partnering Experience across multiple functional disciplines.
• Experience working in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Understanding and execution of terms and conditions in a SOW, Proforma, or Purchase Orders.
