About The Position
Ultradent, a global name in oral health, is seeking a Cost Accountant. The primary role of a Cost Accountant is to ensure item costs are accurate. This is done by regularly auditing product costs, bills of material, routings and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Business oriented bachelor’s degree is ideal, accounting degree is preferrable
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow up skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; also, able to work well individually
- Constantly looking for ways to improve processes
- Ability to prioritize and complete competing obligations on time, with accuracy, and with exceptional quality
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate costs related to manufacturing processes
- Support manufacturing teams during pilot and production runs
- Conduct time studies in manufacturing areas
- Create and maintain resources and routings
- Correct costing errors
- Analyze and deliver costing report insights
- Prepare COGS estimates for decision making and to support NPV analysis
