About the position

The Investment Banking Analyst/Associate position within PNC's Corporate & Institutional Banking Development Program offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment banking. This role is designed to develop foundational skills through structured training and exposure to various business units, ultimately preparing analysts for production roles in the banking sector. Analysts will engage in problem-solving, customer interaction, and support internal projects while participating in both formal and social learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Participates as an analyst/associate in the line of business development program.
  • Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results.
  • Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
  • Participates in social learning within the organization, including networking and mentoring.
  • Participates in formal learning and completes related activities and projects.
  • Supports the internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service.

Requirements

  • Preferred business relevant majors such as Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2.
  • Recent university/college graduates with little or no professional experience, but possessing relevant skills.
