About The Position
Preparation and posting of accrual based journal entries to record assets, liabilities, and revenue/expense restatements for the financial statements in the University accounting system (Banner). Process payments between University departments and/or other State agencies. Reconciling purchase card transactions and cash balances in the University and State accounting systems.
Requirements
- Experience with accrual-based accounting
- Proficiency in University accounting systems (Banner)
- Experience processing inter-departmental and inter-agency payments
- Experience reconciling purchase card transactions
- Experience reconciling cash balances
