About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Corporate Accountant to join our team on a three-month temp assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring general ledger accuracy, and supporting audit and tax processes. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain financial records with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Record, review, and maintain journal entries (JEs) to ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
  • Manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks.
  • Prepare, organize, and provide necessary financial documents for auditors.
  • Assist in gathering and compiling documents for tax filings and compliance.
  • Ensure financial records are up-to-date and in alignment with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support additional accounting tasks as required to maintain operational efficiency.
