Hotel Sales is responsible for the overall selling of the Wynn Resorts Hotel for conventions, tradeshows, conferences, and board meetings. The Coordinator II Sales Conference position provides administrative support to the sales managers. This includes preparing, editing, organizing, and distributing contracts, addendums, and proposals. The role also involves answering the phones for sales inquiries and communicating general information to existing or potential clients. Additionally, the Coordinator will schedule appointments and assist with travel arrangements, arrange all aspects of property tours, and maintain customer, booking, and account databases. Internal and external business communication, both written and verbal, is a key part of the role, along with other office administrative duties as directed.
