The Human Resources Coordinator serves as a key member of the Human Resources team, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating critical employee lifecycle activities, safeguarding confidential information and supporting programs and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and organizational success. The Human Resources Department supports United Way of Dane County's mission by fostering a workplace culture built on trust, integrity, inclusion, collaboration and respect.
