About the position
The Cookie Dough Kiosk Operator & VR Ride Attendant is a customer-facing role at Cookie Dough Lightful, responsible for engaging with guests, providing detailed descriptions of offerings, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety at the kiosk. This position requires a high-energy individual who can upsell products and maintain a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Actively greet all guests at the bus
- Describe in detail all of our offerings to guests
- Upsell all customers with additional toppings
- Ring up all customers using the POS system (Square)
- Ensure customer and staff safety at all times
- Keep the cookie dough bus to a high standard of cleanliness
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, utensils, and containers
- Restock all consumables and food products as well as follow FIFO
- Maintain a clean store at all times (floor, fixtures, windows, etc)
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Ability to engage with customers
- Experience with cash register operations
Nice-to-haves
- 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
- 1 year of cashiering experience (Preferred)
